The fulfilment dashboard is an application for YSWS customers. Every YSWS customer has access to the YSWS dashboard and uses the dashboard as a daily work interface. The application provides direct contact with the teams at YSWS and has direct access to the data in the warehouse software used by all YSWS warehouse locations. YSWS customers use the dashboard to configure, control, monitor and analyse their e-commerce logistics processes and to ensure efficient communication with YSWS contacts.
The YSWS fulfilment dashboard is developed by the YSWS team and is fully designed for use by YSWS customers. The dashboard is constantly being developed by the technical teams at YSWS so that functionalities are added and optimised.
Ultra-fast onboarding
YSWS customers can usually start storing and shipping parcels to their customers within a few days.
The onboarding process is standardised and implemented by a specialised YSWS team. YSWS customers also have the option of realising individual requirements and configurations with YSWS colleagues.
1. Integration
Once an API user has been created and access to the customer system is available, the YSWS interface can be connected to the customer system.
2. Test
The interface is opened and the product data is transferred to YSWS. This ensures that the interface functions correctly in live operation.
3. Configuration
Once the product, order and inventory data have been correctly exchanged, YSWS configures the logistical details together with the customer.
4. Start
Following a successful test order, the first delivery is scheduled, the goods are scanned, collected and booked. Your dispatch starts!
