We used FBA (Fulfilment by Amazon), which worked quite well. However, we soon decided to ship from our own warehouse so that we could also serve the other marketplaces and our own shop, so we started to set up our own shop at the beginning of last year and then joined YSWS to get a wider reach and be flexible.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d2f659b e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"d2f659b\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-07d6f7d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"07d6f7d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>YSWS: What challenge did Rubberneck face when you turned to YSWS?<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Dennis Gr\u00e4tsch:<\/strong> The initial situation was that we basically didn&#8217;t have our own warehouse, but only used FBA from Amazon warehouses &#8211; which wasn&#8217;t much, if you like. Shipping via an Amazon warehouse with Amazon was relatively easy, but selling from warehouses with our own shop was a challenge. We tackled this together with YSWS and developed a functioning system together.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-57b9c2e e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"57b9c2e\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-360a0b0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"360a0b0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>YSWS: How did your connection to YSWS go?<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Dennis Gr\u00e4tsch:<\/strong> I thought the speed with which we got the system up and running was great. Of course there are difficulties from time to time when connecting to a new system, but I can see that work is being done and solutions are being found quickly.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6f7140b e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"6f7140b\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7004253 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7004253\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>YSWS: What has changed for you since the connection to YSWS?<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Dennis Gr\u00e4tsch:<\/strong> Since we switched from Fulfilment by Amazon to YSWS, the speed at which we can ship has multiplied and our storage costs have fallen.
